Green Team seeks to create a cooperative environment where students learn about the environment and how to preserve it, while allowing them to make an impact on the world through a series of projects that seek to help the environment. It fosters a sense of community within the group members as they work together towards a common goal.

• Green Team spreads much needed awareness regarding climate change and the consequences of pollution in Nicaragua, teaching people how to take care of the environment.

• Green Team actively restores and maintains the beautiful ecosystems spread all throughout Nicaragua through reforestation and cleanup efforts. 

• ​Green Team strengthens to connection between the youth of Nicaragua and nature in a time where most forget about nature and only immerse themselves in the digital world. 

In Green Team, students can foster a community through working together to preserve the environment, creating a sense of camradery that can bring them closer and help them cooperate in all areas of school life. 

Green team also allows students to feel more connected to nature in an age where it's not as accessible to easily explore the natural world.
